  • 2/Oct/2020, Dr. Cao is invited to give a guest lecture at the Hague University of Applied Sciences on the topic of "Circular Construction and Implications for the Industry". The lecture is very well received.

  • 1/Jun/2020, Dr. Cao joins TU Delft as an assistant professor at the Department of Engineering Structures, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences. 

​​

  • 30/Jan/2020, Dr. Cao's paper "Optimizing the operating profit of young highways using updated bridge structural capacity" has been published in the Journal of Civil Structural Health Monitoring. 

​​

  • 25/Oct/2019, Cao is invited to give a talk at Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine, Singapore on the topic of "Data Interpretation in Model Updating and Prediction with Applications to Bridges".  

​​

  • 17/Oct/2019, Dr Cao's paper "Time series data interpretation for "wheel-flat" identification including uncertainties" has been accepted for publication in Structural Health Monitoring.

​​

  • 28/Aug/2019, Cao is invited to give a talk at World Engineers Summit 2019, Singapore on the topic of "Diagnosis and Prognosis of Civil Infrastructure for better asset management". The talk is well received. 

​

  • 30/Jul/2019, Cao gives a presentation at the 2019 World Congress on Resilience, Reliability and Asset Management, Singapore on the topic of "Exploring potential benefits of bridge condition assessment: from a toll highway perspective".

​

  • 19/Feb/2019, Cao's paper "Enhancing static-load-test identification of bridges using dynamic data" has been accepted by Engineering Structures.

​​

  • 14/Sep/2018, Cao gives a presentation entitled "Reserve capacity evaluation of the studied expressway flyover in Singapore" to Land Transport Authority of Singapore.
